2.       EXISTING SUBSCRIBERS

Harga baru berlaku per tanggal 1 April  2014 dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut :

·         Pelanggan sudah berlangganan 1 tahun atau lebih per tanggal 1 April 2014
·         Pelanggan yang masih terikat kontrak advance payment, maka harga baru berlaku setelah kontrak advance payment berakhir.
·         Pelanggan multi decoder : akan mengikuti induknya
o   Apabila induknya masih mengikuti harga lama, maka multi decoder baru diperhitungkan dgn harga lama
o   Tetapi apabila induknya sudah mengikuti harga baru, multi decoder akan mengikuti harga baru meskipun belum mencapai 1 tahun berlangganan

Petunjuk Teknik OKEVISION


Dibawah ini merupakan petunjuk penanganan awal dari beberapa gangguan lokal yang mungkin terjadi pada tayangan OkeVision Anda.
Ø Lampu Indicator tidak menyala (pada posisi STAND BY)
o Perhatian
Kabel power tidak terkoneksi dengan baik ke sumber listrik.
o Perbaikan
1. Pastikan kabel power terkoneksi dengan baik ke sumber listrik.
2. Cabut kabel power dan sambungkan kembalii ke sumber listrik, tunggu beberapa detik hingga lampu indicator menyala dan berwarna hijau.
3. Untuk kabel RCA, ketika lampu iindokator berwarna Merah, tekan tombol STAND BY.
Ø Tidak ada gambar, lampu indikator menyala berwarna merah.
o Perhatian
Decoder menyala pada posisi STAND BY
o Perbaikan
1. Tekan tombol STAND BY sampai lampu indikator berwarna hijau.
2. Gambar dan suara akan keluar dalam beberapa detik.

Ø Remote tidak berfungsi.
o Perhatian
Power baterai tidak ada atau penggunaan remote terlalu jauh dari decoder.
o Perbaikan 
Ganti baterai, dan gunakan remote dengan jarak sekitar 3 meter ke dekoder untuk memastikan remote bekerja.

Ø Gambar diam, bergaris atau kosong dan tidak ada tayangan
o Perhatian
1. Permasalahan Listrik
2. Gangguan sinyal setempat (Terrestrial Interference (TI)) pada parabola
3. Sirkulasi suhu disekitar decoder tidak baik sehingga mengakibatkan decoder terlalu panas.
o Perbaikan
1. Tekan tombol “Tanda Panah ke atas” pada remote kontrol diikuti dengan “Tanda Panah ke bawah”, maka gambar dan suara akan muncul di layar.
2. Jangan menaruh barang-barang elektronik diatas dekoder untuk menghindari panas berlebih pada decoder.
3. Cabut kabel power beberapa detik kemudian pasang kembali. Tunggu sampai lampu indikator berwarna merah.
4. Tekan tombol STAND BY sekali lagi hingga lampu indicator berwarna hijau, maka gambar dan suara akan kembali normal.

Ø Gambar berkedip, gambar menjadi kecil, kemudian muncul pesan “Technical Problem”. Masalah ini terjadi 2 atau 3 detik setelah mengalami gangguan sinyal.
o Perhatian
Kualitas sinyal yang terjadi pada saat gangguan teknik pada parabola seperti LNB rusak atau arah dari Parabola berubah dari yang telah ditentukan.
o Perbaikan
1. Tekan tombol menu (tombol mosaic) pada remote control. Tekan “Select Your Satellite” untuk mengecek kekuatan sinyal dan kualitas sinyal. Jangan menaruh barang-barang elektronik diatas dekoder untuk menghindari overheating.
2. Jika kualitas sinyal masih fluktuatif ke level yang lebih besar, parabola harus dirubah untuk menghindari gangguan terrestrial.
3. Jika kualitas sinyal tetap ada, coba cek kabel bila ada kabel yang rusak. Jika kabel tidak ada yang rusak, kemungkinan LNB nya yang rusak.

Petunjuk Teknik INDOVISION


For handling basic technical problems, you may be able to try solving them yourself, please kindly follow the following tips:

Indicator lamp is not active (on STAND BY position)

  • Caution > Main input cable is not tightly connected to the electricity source.
  • Trouble shooting> Make sure that the main input cable is connected to the electricity source. For PACE, Motorola and DS100, unplug the power cable and plug back in within a few second. Wait until the indicator lights on and turns to green. For RCA, when the indicator light turns on to red, press the STAND BY button.

    • Caution > Decoder is on stand by position.
    • Trouble shooting> Press the Stand by button to turn the indicator light to green. The picture and sound will come out after few seconds.

      Malfunction remote control

      • Caution > No battery power or it is operated too far from the decoder.
      • Trouble shooting > Change the battery. Use at least 3 meters from the decoder to know whether it works properly.

        Freezing, scratching, or blank screen condition

        • Caution > Beware from:  Electricity problem; Terrestrial Interference (TI) on the parabola; Bad temperature circulation around the decoder that caused overheating; System is locked totally (for RCA decoder)
        • Trouble shooting > Press the "up arrow" button on the remote control followed with "down arrow" button, the picture and sound should appear on the screen. Do not put any of electronic equipment on the top of the decoder to avoid overheating.
        • For RCA decoder > Unplug the main input cable and plug it back in after few seconds. Wait until the indicator light turns on to red. Press the STAND BY button once more that the indicator light will turn to green The picture and sound should appear normally.

          Picture is blinking, breaking into small parts, then the message "Technical Problem" show up. Problem happens 2 or 3 second after signal interruption

          • Caution > Minimum signal quality due to technical interruption on the parabola such as broken LNB or change of parabola direction that has to be aligned. Broken LNB, cable cut by shovel or other utensil, change of dish alignment.
          • Trouble shooting > Press the menu button (mosaic button) on the remote control. Press "select your satellite" to check signal strength and signal quality. If the signal quality radically fluctuate until the highest level, we need to align the dish to avoid terrestrial interference. But if the signal quality remains the same, try to check the cable for there might be a broken line. If the cable line is in good condition, there might be a broken LNB.

            ATTENTION!
            Do not be a victim to FALSE Representation of INDOVISION, who try to contact or visit our subscribers for a "decoder inspection". Our official staff will wear Indovision uniform and bring along an assignment letter also an Identification Card.
            Should you encounter such persons, immediately ask for his / her official Identification card and a letter of assignment from Indovision. In case of doubt please contact the Indovision Customer Care Hotline for a confirmation.

            To prolong the lifetime of your decoder, please follow these simple maintenance tips:
            1. Keep it away from water, magnetic material and audio speaker.
            2. Regularly wipe your decoder using soft and clean fabric. Do not use strong liquid as it may damage the decoder's paint coating.
            3. Turn off the decoder and the dish if you wish to travel for a long period.
            4. Make sure that your decoder is located in a dry place with good air circulation with temperature no more than 30° Celsius or below 5°Celsius. It is recommended to avoid direct sunlight into your decoder.
            5. Please avoid putting heavy goods on top of your decoder.
            6. Do not put your decoder on a slant and slippery surface.
            7. Do not open your decoder.

            Payment Through Fund Transfer
            All Indovision subscribers can settle their payments from any Bank to Citibank & Sinarmas Bank Virtual account with the following details:

            1. Citibank Virtual Account
              • Write down Indovision’s Virtual Account number (0618) followed by your Indovision’s subscriber number (301xxxxxxxxx) on the payment slip
              • For your information:
                The Virtual Account contains 16 digits of number. The first four digits (0618) are Indovision’s Virtual Account numbers on Citibank and the next twelve digits (301xxxxxxxxx) are your Indovision’s customer number.

            Indovision subscribers may send a written confirmation note containing a complete data of credit card (type, number and expiry date of the card also name of owner); a clear photocopy of the card.
                 2. Direct Debit to Savings (BNI, CIMB Niaga, Mega, Mandiri, BII, Bukopin, Danamon)
            Indovision subscribers may send a letter of authority with an Rp 6,000,- formal seal (materai) regarding debitation of a bank account; complete with the bank account details and an ID photocopy. Debitation will start in approximately 1 month since the letter of authority has been received by Indovision. 
             Cash Payment
            Indovision subscribers may settle their cash payments at POST OFFICES' branches which have ONLINE facilities 


            Internet Banking
            Available through internet banking services provided by BCA, BII, Bank Mandiri
